A big bag must be filled to a known, repeatable quantity while the bag is suspended, palletized or set on a platform. The weighing system must remain accurate despite vibration, hanging loads and large product flow.
WEIGHTEC SYSTEMS replaces obsolete weighing and control with Siemens PLCs and Siemens weighing modules. We keep the reusable mechanics, modernize the control/electronics, and at project end the programs, backups and documents are handed over to the client.
The real test is the filled weight under production conditions. We calibrate the weighing chain and verify the load path so the indicated weight matches the actual quantity delivered to the client.
