A load cell is the physical source of every weight value. A correct diagnosis distinguishes a faulty cell from a wiring, junction-box or electronic problem.
Before replacing a load cell, we verify the signal, insulation and mechanical mounting. This avoids changing a part that is not the cause of the fault.
